I would like this remedy (and the material in IRS Pub 550) included a liquidated funds marketplace fund in place of a liquidated Company, in my situation Schwab PA muni fund SWEXX that liquidated in 2017. The 2 scenarios are equivalent although not identical. My basis while in the fund is my Original expense, plus regular monthly curiosity payments
